SHIPPING POLICY:

We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following terms regarding shipping:

  • Curbside/Garage Delivery: Curbside or garage delivery to your residence costs around $300 to $600 depending on weight and location.Please contact us for an exact shipping quote before placing your order as some delivery are an additional fee.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted freight carriers to ensure safe delivery.

  • Shipping Insurance: Freight Insurance is included with all freight shipments to protect against loss or damage during transit.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are based on item size, weight, and destination. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, you have the right to inspect the package before signing. Signing without inspection is considered acknowledgment that the item arrived in acceptable condition. If the item appears damaged, do not sign for it and contact us immediately using the phone number in the logo of this listing for assistance.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address before checkout to prevent any delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • Shipping Delays: We do our best to ensure timely delivery, however we are unable to foreseen delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events.

WARRANTY POLICY:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase. This appliance comes with the following warranty coverage:

  • Parts Warranty: We offer a 90-day warranty on parts from the date of delivery. If any part fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will provide a replacement part at no cost to you. We only provide OEM/genuine parts for replacements.

  • Labor Reimbursement: In the event professional repair is needed, we offer up to $400 in labor reimbursement within the 90-day warranty period. Labor reimbursement is subject to prior approval and valid service documentation.

  • Return of Original Parts: Any original parts replaced by the buyer or technician under warranty must be returned to us within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to return the original parts may affect the warranty process.

  • Conditions & Exclusions:

  • This warranty applies to functional issues only and does not cover cosmetic defects, scratches, dents, or imperfections that do not affect the performance of the appliance.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or negligence is not covered.

  • Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at the phone number shown in the logo of this listing. Be prepared to provide a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when shipped, including all original packaging and materials. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.

Please note the following terms:

  • Inbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs and shipping insurance are to be paid the buyer.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for any return.
